EB-1A Clarity & Strategy for AEC Professionals

I help AEC professionals assess EB-1A feasibility, guide strategic career and profile growth, and position their work as clear EB-1A contributions—before engaging legal counsel.

* Note: My work focuses primarily on EB-1A strategy for AEC professionals. NIW support is offered selectively, where national importance is clear and strongly aligned.

Get Your Green card through EB-1

Are you feeling stuck in the endless cycle of your H1B visa?

Are you tired of waiting in line for the green card, unsure of when – or if – you’ll ever get it?

Do you dream of changing jobs or starting your own business, but your visa restrictions hold you back?

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many people just like you are facing the same frustrations and uncertainties. But there’s a solution: the EB-1A visa.

Don’t Let Misconceptions Hold You Back

If you’re looking for a faster, more flexible path to permanent residency, and find yourself wondering whether you truly qualify for EB-1A as an AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) professional, you’re not alone. Many talented professionals hesitate because of uncertainty, mixed advice, or the assumption that EB-1A is only for academics.

I’ve been there myself.

Working in the architecture industry without a PhD or research background, I never thought EB-1A was a realistic option for me. Yet by approaching the process strategically and focusing on how professional impact is positioned, I was able to turn things around in less than six months.

That experience is what led me to this work.

Today, I help AEC professionals who are determined to pursue EB-1A, but want clarity before committing time, money, and energy to the process. Whether you are an architect, landscape architect, interior designer, urban planner, engineer, construction professional, sustainability consultant, or other AEC professional, I help you assess EB-1A feasibility, position your work effectively, and identify strategies to strengthen your profile before engaging legal counsel.

If you’re unsure whether EB-1A is realistic for you, or want an honest, strategic assessment rather than assumptions 👉 Schedule your EB-1A Readiness & Strategic Evaluation to determine whether EB-1A makes sense for you, and what your next steps should be.

About me

As someone working in the architecture industry without a PhD degree or research background, I never thought I would be qualified for EB1A visa.

Like many AEC professionals, I was told by almost twenty attorneys that my profile was too weak.

At that point, the question wasn’t whether I wanted a green card—it was whether there was a path to get there.

Instead of treating it as a yes-or-no decision, I started asking a different question: What would need to change?

I spent time understanding how USCIS evaluates contribution, impact, and evidence. I looked closely at where my profile fell short and what would meaningfully strengthen it. Rather than rushing to file, I focused on building a stronger foundation first.

Along the way, I developed a structured approach to evaluating and strengthening professional contribution in the context of EB-1A.

Since then, I’ve helped more than 100 AEC professionals understand how their work is assessed, where meaningful gaps exist, and what level of positioning is required before filing. My focus is not on rushing petitions, but on calibrating readiness and building a stronger foundation first.

👉 Schedule your EB-1A Readiness & Strategic Evaluation to understand how your profile compares to the extraordinary ability standard — and whether filing would be strategically appropriate.
